Any non-printed item in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date for a full credit less any shipping charges.
Please note: Paper and envelopes are made from natural materials that age and deteriorate over time, therefore, returns must be received at our facility within 30 days. Thank you.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING POLICY:
- Returning orders that shipped free of charge - Orders which have qualified and shipped free ($199+) that are returned will be charged the cost of the original outbound shipping to you. This will be deducted from the amount of your credit when goods are received back to us. Partial returns which bring you order total below $199.00 will also be credited less the original freight charges. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Return Authorization Numbers are required. This insures your account gets credited back accurately and promptly. You can obtain your "Return Authorization Number" by clicking "Get Return Authorization Number" or by calling customer service at 1-800-632-4242 during our business hours 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST.
- Return Shipping Box - Returned orders must be shipped in their original box or a box of comparable quality. Mailing pouches, tyvek bags, padded envelopes or mailing envelopes are not acceptable for shipping returns as products arrive damaged. Damaged returns will not be credited as the product is not re-sellable. Please mark "Return Authorization Number" on the box. Please be sure to use a service which can insure and verify return delivery. If the item is lost or damaged during return shipping a credit will not be possible.
- Partial Packages - Only individual packages containing the complete and original quantity can be returned. Partial Packs are not accepted and will not be credited back. Full pack quantities must be returned. For example: envelopes are sold in packs of 100 , you cannot return partial packs of 80, 60 , 95 etc., to be credited. We require the full original package quantity.
- Partial Returns - When returning a partial return of the same item you will be credited the amount paid, less the difference of what you would have paid had you only ordered the quantity you have decided to keep. For example: If you purchase 500 envelopes (2nd tier discount pricing) and returned 400 envelopes, you return amount will be adjusted to reflect as if you had only orginally purchased 100 envelopes (1st tier pricing).
- Refused Shipments - If a shipment is refused by the customer, both the original outbound freight and the additional cost for UPS to return the package to envelopemall.com will be deducted from the credit given to the customer.
- Color and Appearance of Products- Envelopemall shall not be liable for color or appearance discrepancy from the envelopemall.com web site verses the actual product. Each computer monitor interprets color differently. If you are in doubt of the color or the appearance of your desired product we suggest you order samples "Order Samples" to assure satisfaction.
- Open Packages - Any internal shrink wrapped packages that have been opened will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee as these products must be recondioned and repackaged for sale. Please note that our clear packing film allows you to color match and check size without opening if you are unsure. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange in return freight. All items must be in re-sellable condition and properly packed in the box.
