Return Policy
100% Product Guarantee
Any non-printed item in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date for a full credit,
less any shipping charges. All returns require a “ Return Authorization
Number.” Please contact Customer Support at 1-800-632-4242 to obtain your number so we can properly credit your account upon receipt of your package.
** Credits can take up to 5-10 business days to process from receipt of
Package.".

This insures your account gets credited back accurately and promptly.
**** Returned orders must be shipped in their
original box or a box of comparable quality. Mailing pouches, tyvek bags,
padded envelopes
or mailing envelopes are not acceptable for shipping returns as products arrive
damaged.
Any internal shrink wrapped packages that have been opened will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange return freight. Please be sure to use a service which can verify return delivery.
If the item in lost during return shipping credit will not be possible. All items must be in re-sellable condition and properly packed in the box.
