Return Policy
Any non-printed item in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days from the purchased date for a full credit, less all shipping charges. All returns require a “ Return Authorization
Number.” please contact Customer Support at 1-800-632-4242 to obtain your number so we can properly credit your account upon receipt of your package.
** Credits can take up to 10-20 business days to process from receipt of
Package.".
PLEASE NOTE:
*** All returns require a "Return Authorization Number ".
Failure to obtain a Return Authorization Number will
result in a 25% re-stocking fee.
Any refused packages will also be charged a 25% restocking fee in addition
to both outbound and return shipping
charges.
**** Returned orders must be shipped in there
original box or a box of comparable quality. Mailing pouches, tyvek bags,
padded envelopes
or mailing envelopes are not acceptable for shipping returns as products arrive
damaged.
Any internal shrink wrapped packages that have been opened will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange return freight. Please be sure to use a service which can verify return delivery. All items must be in re-sellable condition and properly packed in the box.
